| Details: Job Responsibilities:· Reports to the Account Manager and has overall responsibility for day-to-day account operations including coordinating with Applications Support and Application Development activities and the Project Management Office (PMO), and with direct oversight of Infrastructure Services Delivery (approximately 250 IT staff, comprised of account dedicated, leveraged, global and contractors). · Works closely with the customer’s senior management to ensure satisfaction with Services. · Direct the operations of infrastructure development, support and application functionality and integration. · Interface with internal and external leaders in problem solving and recommending technical alternatives and appropriate actions. · Coordinate the activities of an IT staff to meet demanding schedules, effectively utilizing resources to meet production and project needs. · Coordinate on-call responsibilities and responses to emergency production issues. · Resolve conflicting demands from users for service. · Direct resources to meet account operations budget and SLA’s. · Management of application problem management, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement. · Establish, review and revise operating procedures as required. · Supervise staff, directing work assignments, and initiating personnel actions, including: hiring, disciplinary actions, salary, goal and IDP setting, and performance reviews. · Manage Client Service Levels and escalating appropriately. · Identifies and works with Operational and Technical areas to implement procedures and/or automation of the identification, management and escalation of Problem, Changes, Service Levels, Service Requests and Reporting. · Take ownership of account’s Change Management, responsible for oversight, coordination, governance and approval of technical changes across the account · Responsible for status reporting to the Acct Manager and customers. · Interact and communicate with customer's senior level management for enhancements and defect resolution. | ||||
